Vault Collections#
Vault Collections are a way to group and organize seeds within your Seed Vault. You can create collections based on any criteria you like — for example, keeping all photoperiod seeds together, grouping seeds by flavor profile (like candy-flavored strains), or organizing them by source or project.
Collections are flexible, giving you full control over how you want to categorize your genetics.
In addition, Vault Collections can be shared publicly, allowing you to showcase specific groups of seeds with the GroBase community. You can create multiple public collections, each highlighting different themes or traits from your Vault.
Vault Settings#
Here you can customize and manage how your Vault Collection appears to others. From here, you can:
Update your collection cover photo – Upload or change the image that represents your Vault.
Copy the public link – Quickly grab a shareable link to your Vault Collection.
View your public Vault Collection – Open your Vault as others would see it.
Toggle sharing – Control whether your Vault Collection is private or publicly visible.
These settings give you full control over both the appearance and visibility of your Vault Collection.
Manage Seeds#
The Manage Seeds section lets you decide which seeds from your Vault should be part of this collection.
Here you can:
View all seeds in your Vault – Displays the full Vault, allowing you to pick seeds to include in the collection.
Filter seeds – Narrow down your view by name, description, flowering type, genetic type, or breeder to quickly find what you’re looking for.
Select seeds to include – Check the seeds you want to add. You can mix and match seeds from different filters.
Select visible – Instantly select every seed currently visible in the filtered view.
Deselect visible – Uncheck all seeds currently visible without affecting others.
Show selected – Switch the view to display only the seeds already chosen for this collection.
This makes it easy to refine, search, and organize exactly which seeds belong in each Vault Collection while still keeping your full Vault untouched.
