Journals#
Journals are used to organize your grow Cycles.
You can keep all your Cycles in one Journal or create separate Journals for different years, locations, grow spaces, breeders, projects, or other categories that make sense for your setup.
Each Journal can contain multiple ongoing and completed Cycles.
Journals Page#
The Journals page provides an overview of your Journals and Cycles.
The summary cards display:
Total Journals
Total Cycles
Ongoing Cycles
Completed Cycles
Use the search field to find a Journal or Cycle by name.
Each Journal card includes:
Journal name
Number of Cycles
A link to open the Journal
An option to add a Cycle
Tabs for All, Ongoing, and Completed Cycles
Select a Cycle from a Journal card to open its Cycle page.

How to Add a Journal#
Open the navigation menu and select Journals.
Select Journal at the top of the page.
Complete the Journal Fields.
Select Save to create the Journal.
To create another Journal immediately, select Save and Add Another.
How to Edit or Delete a Journal#
Open the navigation menu and select Journals.
Select the Journal you want to manage.
Select Edit.
Update the fields and select Update to save your changes.
To delete the Journal, select the trash icon and confirm the deletion.
Warning
Deleting a Journal may also delete the Cycles and related grow records stored within it. Review the Journal before confirming the deletion.
Journal Page#
The Journal page displays information about the Journal and the Cycles stored within it.
Details#
The Details section displays the Journal name, description, and available actions.
Cycles#
A Cycle represents a grow from its starting point through harvest or completion.
From a Journal, you can create a new Cycle or open an existing one.
