AC Infinity Devices#
AC Infinity Devices allow you to import environmental data from an AC Infinity controller into a GroBase Cycle.
AC Infinity does not currently provide a public API for this integration. To add controller data to GroBase, export a CSV file from the AC Infinity app and upload it to the Cycle.
Imported data may include temperature, humidity, VPD, and timestamps. Supported AI-powered controllers may also include separate inside and outside readings.
Attention
AC Infinity Devices are available as an Advanced Integration and require Advanced View.
How to Export Data from the AC Infinity App#
Open the AC Infinity app.
Select the controller you want to export data from.
Open the DATA tab.
Select Export CSV Data near the bottom of the page.
Select the Frequency and Time Span.
Select Export CSV Data.
Save the exported CSV file to your device.
Note
Do not select the 1 Minute frequency. This can create a very large file and may take longer to process.
The shortest Sync Interval supported by GroBase is 15 minutes.
Important
Do not edit or change the CSV file after downloading it from the AC Infinity app.
How to Add an AC Infinity Device#
Open the Cycle where the AC Infinity Device should be added.
Find the Equipment section.
Select Add AC Infinity Device.
Select a Sync Interval.
Select Import CSV and choose the exported CSV file.
Select Upload.
GroBase will upload the file and begin processing its data.
How to Delete an AC Infinity Device#
Open the Cycle.
Find the AC Infinity Device under the Equipment section.
Select the device to open its page.
Select the trash icon.
Confirm the deletion.
Warning
Deleting an AC Infinity Device from a Cycle also deletes the imported data associated with that device and Cycle.
AC Infinity Device Page#
The AC Infinity Device page displays information about the imported controller, its synchronization history, and its environmental data.
Details#
The page header may display:
Device name
Cycle name
Integration type
Device type
Delete action
The Integration is displayed as CSV Import.
The Device Type may be displayed as:
AI-Powered Controller
Smart UIS Controller
Sync Data#
The Sync Data section allows you to upload additional CSV files from the same AC Infinity controller.
Sync Data Fields#
Field |
Required |
Description |
|---|---|---|
Sync Interval |
Yes |
Controls how frequently readings are imported from the CSV file. Available options include Hourly, 30 Minutes, and 15 Minutes. |
Import CSV |
Yes |
The unmodified CSV file exported from the AC Infinity app. |
How to Sync AC Infinity Device Data#
Open the Cycle.
Find and select the AC Infinity Device under the Equipment section.
Find the Sync Data section.
Select a Sync Interval.
Select Import CSV and choose the exported CSV file.
Select Upload.
The file will be uploaded and processing will begin.
Note
Larger CSV files may take longer to process. Processing runs in the background, so you can leave the page and return later to check its status.
Sync Attempts#
The Sync Attempts section shows the history and status of CSV files submitted for processing.
Each attempt may display:
Start time
Finish time
Current status
Error message when processing fails
A loading indicator is shown while an import is still processing. A check mark indicates that it completed successfully.
Data Points#
The Data Points section displays environmental readings imported from the AC Infinity CSV file.
Each data point may include:
Date and time
Temperature
Humidity
VPD
AI-powered controllers may display separate readings for:
Inside
Outside
Table View#
Table View lists each imported reading and its timestamp.
Use the table controls to search, sort, or move between pages when available.
Chart View#
Chart View displays the imported readings over time.
The chart may include:
Temperature
Humidity
VPD
AI-powered controllers may display separate charts for inside and outside readings.
Select Zoom: OFF to enable chart zooming. When zoom is enabled, you can zoom or pan across the imported date range.
