Account and Settings#

Open Settings from the account menu to manage how GroBase looks and how it contacts you. You can revisit these choices at any time.

Account and public profile#

The Account section shows your account details and Usage stats. Under Account & security, select Change username, Change email, or Change password to update one item at a time. In Public profile, select Edit public profile to choose what visitors can see, and use Choose photo to add a profile picture. See GroHub for what happens when you share a Cycle or choose anonymity.

View and display choices#

  • Experience: choose Simple for a shorter navigation or Advanced for planning and organization tools. This does not change saved grow data.

  • Appearance: switch Dark mode on or off for this browser.

  • Display & units: select Edit display & units to choose temperature, length, water volume, weight, and time zone preferences.

Note

Changing display units does not rewrite measurements you already saved. Some older entries may show an inaccurate unit label after a change.

Notifications, data, and help#

Use Email preferences to choose optional GroBase emails. The Account and grow notifications setting controls notification email separately. Enable push on each supported device where you want to receive it. Download my data provides an export of account details and grow history. Select Support from the account menu for help.

Current allowances#

Plan & Usage shows your current plan and how much of each allowance you use:

  • The Free plan includes up to 3 active Cycles. Completing one frees an active slot and keeps its history available.

  • Up to 25 Plants and 25 Lights across active Cycles.

  • 1 GB of photo storage.

If you are already over a Free limit, your existing data remains available. You can continue editing it, but you cannot add more in that category until usage falls below the limit. Completed grow history remains available.
