Dashboard#

The Dashboard gives you a quick overview of your grows, plants, tasks, recent activity, and account insights.

The information is displayed through widgets. You can choose which widgets appear and arrange them in the order that works best for you.

Some widgets may only be available when the related feature or Advanced View is enabled.

Customize the Dashboard#

You can add, remove, and rearrange Dashboard widgets.

Edit the Dashboard#

  1. Open the Dashboard.

  2. Select Edit Dashboard.

  3. Make any changes to the widget layout.

  4. Select Done to save the updated layout.

Your Dashboard layout is saved to your account.

Add a Widget#

  1. Select Edit Dashboard.

  2. Select Add Widgets.

  3. Choose a widget from the panel.

The widget will be added to the Dashboard.

Widgets that are already displayed will not appear in the Add Widgets panel.

Remove a Widget#

  1. Select Edit Dashboard.

  2. Find the widget you want to remove.

  3. Select the remove button at the bottom of the widget.

  4. Select Done to save the layout.

Removing a widget from the Dashboard does not delete any of your GroBase data.

Rearrange Widgets#

  1. Select Edit Dashboard.

  2. Use the drag handle on a widget to move it.

  3. Place the widget in the desired position.

  4. Select Done to save the layout.

Dashboard Widgets#

Cycle Snapshot#

The Cycle Snapshot widget provides a detailed overview of one Cycle at a time.

Use the Cycle dropdown to choose which Cycle is displayed. Select the pin button to keep that Cycle selected when the Dashboard loads.

The widget includes the following views:

  • Timeline: Shows the Cycle start date, growth stages, stage dates, and the number of days spent in each stage.

  • Averages: Shows average daytime and nighttime temperature, humidity, and VPD for each recorded stage.

  • Recent Activity: Shows recent watering and resource activity recorded during the Cycle.

Use the previous and next buttons to move between the available views.

Select View Cycle to open the full Cycle page.

Cycles#

The Cycles widget shows the total number of Cycles in your account.

The chart provides an overview of:

  • Ongoing Cycles

  • Completed Cycles

Select the total or View Cycles to open your complete Cycle list.

Plants#

The Plants widget shows the total number of Cycle Plants in your account.

The chart provides an overview of:

  • Ongoing plants

  • Harvested plants

  • Terminated plants

Select the total or View Plants to open your complete plant list.

Upcoming Tasks#

The Upcoming Tasks widget shows tasks from your Cycles that need attention.

Each task may display:

  • Task name and type

  • Associated Cycle

  • Task note

  • Due date

  • Reminder time

  • Overdue or due-today status

Select a task to open its details on the associated Cycle page.

Recent Activity#

The Recent Activity widget shows recent changes made throughout your GroBase account.

Activity may include records that were:

  • Added

  • Updated

  • Deleted

Each entry displays its action and time. Select an activity to view additional details.

Favorite Genetics#

The Favorite Genetics widget provides quick access to Genetics you have marked as favorites.

Select a Genetic to open its details page, or select View Genetics to open the complete Genetics list.

Account Insights#

The Account Insights widget shows trends based on information recorded across your grows.

Use the category buttons to switch between the available insights.

Cycles#

Cycle insights may include:

  • Most used grow medium

  • Most used watering method

  • Most used Vegetative area

  • Most used Flowering area

Genetics#

Genetic insights may include:

  • Most grown Genetic

  • Most harvested Genetic

  • Most grown breeder

Lights#

Lighting insights may include average PPFD values for:

  • Seedling

  • Vegetative

  • Flowering

  • Autoflower

Resources#

Resource insights may include the most frequently applied Resource for each growth stage.

A value may display as None or a dash when there is not enough recorded data to calculate an insight.

Widget Information#

Select the information icon beside a widget title to view a short description of what the widget displays.
