Public Profile#

Your Public Profile in GroBase is a way to share who you are with the community. It can include a profile photo, bio, display name, and a website URL.

If you prefer to stay private, you can set your profile to Anonymous, which will make it non-public. In this mode, any public cycles you’ve shared will appear as being from an anonymous user, offering a layer of privacy while still allowing you to contribute.

Public Profiles are separate from individual cycle visibility, so you can choose which cycles to make public independently.

How to update your Public Profile#

  1. Navigate to your Account Settings

  2. Under the Public Profile section, you can choose your Profile Photo then click Upload

  3. Click the Edit button

  4. Update the Public Profile Fields accordingly, then click Update

  2. Under the Public Profile section, click View Profile

Via GroHub

  1. Navigate to GroHub

  2. Under the My Feed filter button, click My Profile

Posts#

Posts in GroHub are text-only entries where users can share updates, insights, and milestones about their grow cycles or connect with others in the community. Fellow users can react with Grow or Wilt and leave comments to connect and exchange ideas.

React to posts with Grow or Wilt to show your support or concern, and engage further by leaving a comment! These reactions make it easy to share your feedback and contribute to meaningful discussions within the community.

How to Add a GroHub Post#

Via GroHub View

  1. Navigate to GroHub

  2. Under the My Feed filter button, click the Post button

  3. Populate the Post field, then click Add Post

Via Profile View

  1. Navigate to your Profile page

  2. Under the Feed filter button, click the Post button

  3. Populate the Post field, then click Add Post

How to Delete a GroHub Post#

Via GroHub View

  1. Navigate to GroHub

  2. Under the My Feed filter button, find your post

  3. To Delete, simply click on the trash icon

Following/Followers#

The Following/Followers section of your GroHub Public Profile showcases your social connections within the GroBase community:

  • Following: Displays a list of users you’ve chosen to follow. By following someone, you’ll see their public posts and updates in your GroHub feed, allowing you to stay engaged with their growing activities.

  • Followers: Shows the users who follow you. These users can view the public posts and cycles you choose to share, helping you build connections and share insights with others.

This feature fosters a collaborative environment, encouraging knowledge-sharing and inspiration among growers. You can explore profiles of those you follow or who follow you, interact with their content, and expand your grower network.
