Plant Notes#
The Plant Notes section allows you to effectively track, document, and manage plant-related information throughout the growth cycle. By managing plant notes, resources, variables, training, and issues, this will contribute to a more informed and successful cultivation experience.

How to Add a Plant Note#
Navigate to your Day
Under the Plant Notes section, click the Add Plant Note button
Select the Cycle Plant from the dropdown and populate the Plant Note Fields
Click the Add button to add the note

This section gives general information about the plant and allows you to log important notes and more.
How to record Transplanting a Plant#
You can document transplanting when initially creating a Plant Note, or after it’s created.
When creating a Plant Note
Navigate to your Day
Under the Plant Notes section, click the Add Plant Note button
Select the Cycle Plant from the dropdown
Select the Transpant checkbox
From the Container dropdown, select the new container tansplanted into
Click the Add button to add the note
After a Plant Note was created
Navigate to your Day
Under the Plant Notes section, find and select the plant note
Click the i button
Click the Transplant button
From the Container dropdown, select the new container tansplanted into
Click Update Plant Note to save
Photos#
The Photos section provides a way for capturing and uploading photos of your plants throughout their growth cycle. Simply select one or more photos from your device and upload them using the provided form.
Supported image formats include JPG, JPEG, and PNG files, with a maximum size limit of 20MB per photo. Photos will be automatically resized for optimal display

How to upload Photos for a Plant Note#
Navigate to your Day
Under the Plant Notes section, find and select the plant note
Click the Photos button
Click Choose Photos and select your photos
Click the Upload button
Variables#
Similar to Day Variables, you can document key plant-specific variables, such as height, and watering details, to track and manage each plant’s progress effectively.

How to record Watering a Plant#
Navigate to your Day
Under the Plant Notes section, find and select the plant note
Click the Variables button
You can document Water Voume, Water PH, and EC/TDS values
Click Update Plant Note to save
Training#
Similar to Day Training, you can document specific training techniques applied to individual plants.

How to record Training actions on a Plant#
Navigate to your Day
Under the Plant Notes section, find and select the plant note
Click the Training button
Simply click on the training button to toggle what you’ve done
Resources#
Resources can be applied directly to the Plants for a more granular approach to tracking resource usage.
How to apply Resources on a Plant#
The resource unit is auto populated based on the Resource Template Unit field
Navigate to your Day
Under the Plant Notes section, find and select the plant note
Click the Resources button, then click the Add Row button to add a Resource
Select a Resource from the dropdown, and enter the amount
Click Update Plant Note to apply the resources for the plant
How to apply Feeding Recipes on a Plant#
Navigate to your Day
Under the Plant Notes section, find and select the plant note
Click the Resources button, then click the Apply Feeding Recipe button
Click the recipe name to see the recipe items
Click the Select button next to the recipe you want to apply
Plant Issues#
Plant Issues can also be tracked here in plant notes. For more info, refere to Plant Issues.
How to record a Plant Issue via Plant Notes#
Navigate to your Day
Under the Plant Notes section, find and select the plant note
Click the Issues button, then click Add
Populate the fields accordingly
Click the Add button to save
