GroBase does not condone or support any illegal activities, and we disclaim all responsibility for any misuse of the app in violation of local, state, federal, or international laws.
GroBase reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts of users found to be engaging in illegal activities while using the app.
While using GroBase, you agree not to engage in any conduct that may disrupt the functionality of the app, compromise security, or violate any applicable laws. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access to the app, misuse of features, or any actions that may harm other users or third parties.
All content and materials available in GroBase, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of True Herbal Connection LLC or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
Under no circumstances shall GroBase be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the app, or for any legal violations incurred by users.
